OAF was born out of pure frustration. Crumbly, bland, second-rate gluten free food? Yeah… we’ve been there. And we knew it could be better. We’ve got history. Our bakery, Juvela, has been leading the gluten free game for over 30 years, trusted by coeliacs and healthcare professionals alike. Let’s just say, we know what we’re doing.
But OAF isn’t here to play by the same rules. We’ve taken that experience and added a bit of personality (okay, a lot). We don’t think gluten free should feel like a punishment. It should taste stupidly good and be ridiculously easy. That’s the OAF way.
