We’re not here to lecture you about grains, or make you decode ingredient lists. We just make stupidly tasty gluten free products that work. Using ingredients that are compliant with UK gluten free food regulations, alongside with recipes that slap, we’ve created gluten free alternatives that are so good, we could drop the L. Our specialised baking process uses a gluten free wheat starch - allowing us to keep the taste, texture and structure of real bread, without the gluten, 100% coeliac approved!
